  • from the collection of the Virtual Polytechnic Library to INDIVIDUALS and LIBRARIES (registered users of the Research Library)

The Virtual Polytechnic Library (VPL) is a cooperative system of Czech libraries which provides Electronic Document Delivery, among other services; see: www.vpk.cz.

The VPL includes a publicly accessible catalogue of field-specific journals focused on technical and natural sciences, agriculture, and medicine – https://sc.vpk.cz/cgi-bin/vpk/cat/find.

Via the VPL, you can obtain printed copies of journal articles. The advantage of this service is the promptness with which every request is processed.

Electronic Document Delivery is charged according to the VPL price list; see http://www.vkol.cz/cs/sluzby/cenik-sluzeb/meziknihovni-sluzby/.

The VPL service is closely linked to the interlibrary loan service; therefore, direct your questions to the above-mentioned contacts.
